What to expect

Taking the first steps can be difficult, but an initial consultation can help you address any concerns you may have.

Before commencing therapy I offer a free 20-minute consultation, to help you decide whether I am the right therapist for you.

I am able to offer therapy via Skype, Zoom, Teams or telephone if you are unable to attend in person.

My fee for a therapeutic session of 50 minutes is £65 in person and online.

Payment is required 24 hours prior to our session and all sessions cancelled within a 24 hour period are non-refundable.

All enquiries are strictly confidential and you do not need a GP referral to make an appointment.

To set up an initial consultation or to discuss any questions or concerns you may have, please contact me.
